Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monee, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of: Selective demolition of existing trees and plantings and Site construction including earthwork/earth moving, concrete pad and sidewalk, unit paver sidewalk, cast in place reinforced concrete and stone veneer sculpture plinth, architectural construction of a prefabricated shelter, storm sewer and electrical utilities, landscaping, irrigation design and installation. Bid shall be held good and not withdrawn for THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date of bid opening. All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made to the Landscape Architect in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. All questions are due to the Landscape Architect by Tuesday, January 7th , 2025, at 12:00 p.m. local time, after this time no additional questions will be reviewed prior to the bid opening.
