Herriman City is seeking bids for its Juniper Canyon Recreation Area - Phase 2 project. Engineers Estimate is $350,000 - $380,000 This project includes but is not limited to: Asphalt paving of approximately 2400ft of the existing Juniper Canyon Trail, and construction of approximately 800ft of new asphalt trail and associated site work. Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 5:00 PM MT All requests for interpretation of the Contract Documents shall be made in writing and delivered to the OWNER or ENGINEER no later than eleven (11) calendar days prior to opening of Bids. In the OWNER's or ENGINEER's discretion, OWNER or ENGINEER will send the written interpretation to all persons receiving a set of Bid Documents in the form of an Addendum. If the OWNER or ENGINEER does not respond to a Bidder's request for interpretation the Bidder shall comply with the intent and terms of the Contract Documents. Herriman City will only consider bids for award of this contract from contractors who have performed the construction work on five similar projects since the year 2013. B.
