ABS Store #48, located at 5278 West Athem Lane, Herriman, Utah 84096 One 4 yard container picked up One time per week. This contract will include delivery of the container, pickups, transport and disposal of refuse. Landfill charges are not included in this contract. An itemized account will need to be presented, along with a letter stating the increases. Fuel surcharges and franchise fees will not be paid. Payments shall be made in monthly installments. Contractor billings shall be submitted to DFCM within five (5) business days following the end of each month.
