Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The funding source for this project is WATER REVENUE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Three Rivers Water Filtration Plant Asphalt Improvements as follows: Grinding and resurfacing of existing asphalt drives. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by the City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. Question Deadline 06/06/2024 Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions not presented in this meeting are to be submitted to Nicholas Till (e-mail: nicholas.till@cityoffortwayne.org) no later than 5:00 p.m. local time Thursday (6/16/2024) and will be addressed in the Addendum. A final addendum will be issued the Friday before the project bid opening.
