Estimate of Principal Items: Removing Old Structure Over Waterway, 1 L.S.; Backfill Structure, 450 Ton; Base Aggregate Dense, 450 Ton; Breaker Run, 360 Ton; Concrete Masonry Bridges, 129.5 CY; Bar Steel Reinforcement, 4,660 Lbs; Bar Steel Reinforcement Coated, 12,360 Lbs; Piling Steel, 526 LF 10-Inch; Riprap Heavy, 180 C.Y. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement and payment and performance bond within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than ten (10) days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount payable to the OWNER.
