Site work and paving for a civil project in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 16th, 2024 project was awarded to Thompson Construction Company, LLC but awarded amount is not available.** Improvement to an existing asphalt roadway along with aggregate parking stalls and associated site grading, striping, and drainage as indicated in the Construction Documents. Asphalt improvements will be a combination of mill and overlay and heavy-duty asphalt pavement. Aggregate parking stalls with wheel stops will be included at the project site The Owner requires that each bidder attach to his bid a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond equivalent to 5% of the total bid as evidence of good faith of the bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided by law. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodation must contact the City of Thibodaux no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
