Sprinkler System Inspection and Maintenance Contract. If a bid bond is required, a bid bond must be submitted for each separate bid response. The bid bond shall be in an amount equal to 5% of the bid price submitted and alternates, if any. The bid security shall be in a form of a bid bond or certified check, or cashiers check. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days.
