120 N. Cooper Ave - Select Demolition and Partial Re-roof The Construction Time is 30 calendar days after receiving the "Notice to Proceed" The Prevailing Wages shall be paid for a legal day's work to laborers, workmen or mechanics engaged in work under this Contract, at the site of the Project, in the trade or occupation listed. The contractor agrees to make its best effort to expend at least 20% of the total dollar amount of the Contract on Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), an entity with at least 51% ownership interest by a minority in business), and at least 5% of the Contract to a Women Business Enterprises (WBE), an entity with a least 51% ownership interest by a woman in business. The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this RFQ, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed non-responsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposals Questions shall be sent to recd@cintimha.com prior 4:00pm (local time) on Electronically
