Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to reinforced concrete wet well, wet well lining, excavation and disposal, submersible pumps, hatches, force main, sanitary sewer piping and manhole, piping, valves and fittings, drainage, paving, electrical equipment pad, site work, storm water pollution prevention during construction, trench safety system, electrical, controls and appurtenances. The deadline to ask questions is 6/14/2024 2:00 PM CST. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
