Renovation of a fire / police facility in Hilliard, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
A. The Contractor is to verify all existing conditions which may affect their bid. B. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Renovate existing Weight Room, Mens Locker Room, and Women's Locker Room. C. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Questions from shall be submitted in writing to Brian Pawlowski at bpawlowski@schorrarchitects.com and are due by 8:00 am on Monday June 14, 2024. he Engineer's Estimate for this Bid is $330,000. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer's estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). An award of the Project will be based solely on the base bid, without consideration of the Alternates, which the City may or may not award. The Substantial Completion Date is 4/30/2025. The Final Completion Date is 5/23/2025. Please review the "Information for Bidders" in the Attached List for Additional information.
