Tl'azt'en Nation is releasing an Invitation to Tender for Energy Efficiency Upgrades required at their Health Centre Building. A general overview of the work includes replacing existing furnaces, adding heat pumps, and upgrades to controls. Mechanical Contractor Scope of Work PLUMBING Routing of new condensate piping to Drain HVAC – FORCED AIR SYSTEMS Addition of HRVs and associated ductwork. Replacement of existing furnaces with new units. New fan coil in north wing New heat pump cooling coils and condensing units for all furnaces. Addition of electric baseboard heaters, associated thermostats and wiring. Addition of ductwork as required. CONTROLS Provide local controls to meet sequences defined below. COMMISSIONING Testing and balancing of installed systems System start-ups. Electrical Contractor Scope of Work Electrical connections for all above listed mechanical work. New wiring and panels as required for above work General Contractor Scope of Work GENERAL TRADES New concrete pads for outdoor condensing units. New bulkheads around ducting (separate price #01)
