The primary objective of this project is to install a modern IP security camera surveillance system in 2211 Orleans and 1301 East Jefferson locations. The system will cover all critical areas, including building entrances, lobby areas, parking lots, and exterior perimeters. The proposed surveillance system will consist of high-definition cameras, storage infrastructure, video recording and review, monitoring stations, automated notice and alerts, incident monitoring, service interruption and equipment failure notice, object sensing and subject of interest identification, and advanced IP surveillance system features. All bids should be firm and not subject to change by the proposer once proposals have been submitted. Note, however, DHC reserves the option to negotiate prices in the best interest of DHC and to negotiate changes within the scope of work based on final negotiations with the selected firm.
