The excavation will extend to a maximum depth of 12 feet bgs, or as directed by the Professional. The Contractor shall be prepared to dewater if necessary. If dewatering becomes necessary, dewatered liquids are to be containerized on site in fractionization (frac) tanks until able to be disposed at an off-site facility.
