Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Atlanta, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

GSU proposes to develop a new baseball field that would feature seating for 1,000 spectators with a shade structure, field lighting, artificial turf, and a building totaling approximately 3,000 square feet that would house concessions, restrooms, and the press box. The project would be constructed on the current location of GSU's Green Lot along Pollard Boulevard, which includes the footprint of the former Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium. Question Deadline 06/10/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions about any aspect of the RFQ/RFP, or the project, shall be submitted via email to: Kelly R. Wilson, Director, Facilities Planning kwilson186@gsu.edu The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost of the Project is estimated at $12,856,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances. GSU reserves the right to adjust the schedule as GSU deems necessary. The Design Professional's services are anticipated to commence by September 3, 2024 with construction documents anticipated for completion January 31, 2025. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
