Notice is hereby given that the Field brook Glendale Community Services District (District) requests a proposal (RFP) from qualified Construction Managers for the oversight and commissioning of a 400,000-gallon water tank. The District is seeking a consultant firm or team to provide services necessary to proceed with the construction management, and observation ofthe installation of a new round streel tank on a new concrete foundation and connecting piping and electrical systems. It is anticipated that a single consultant firm or team will be selected encompassing all the required engineering disciplines. The project is located in a rural residential area on Red Rock Lane in the unincorporated community of Field brook, Hum bolt County, California. Funding for this project will be provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and California Department of Water Resources. The District will review the proposals received and select the firm with the lowest proposal fee that is responsive to this RFP. All questions shall be submitted to Richard Hanger GM@fgcsd.org. The District will negotiate a contract and if terms are agreed upon, the District's Board of Directors will approve the final contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
