Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor shall provide, install, start up and test for proper operation, a new Eaton 93E series Three Phase Online Tower UPS rated at 20kVA/16kW, 208V in/out, 50/60Hz in out, single feed with internal batteries for 21 minutes at full load. Contractor shall also supply and install a new Eaton 93E series External Battery Cabinet, 20/30kVA with 2 strings/36 batteries rated at 55 minutes of runtime at full load. External battery cabinet shall connected to the new UPS unit. Contractor may propose an alternate brand of equipment that is equivalent to or exceeds the standards, specifications and quality of the specified Eaton units, however it shall be the contractor’s responsibility to demonstrate how any proposed alternates meet or exceed these qualifications. The following shall be include in the scope of work A PO will be issued by end of day June 21st. Failure to achieve final completion by 3:00 pm December 12, 2024 will result in a $50 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty. Outagamie County has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this bid and to reject any and all bids received prior to award, to waive any or all informalities and or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either an identical or revised specification. Facsimile or email bids are not acceptable.
