The Base Bid scope of work consists of demolition work to include portions of parking lot, exterior doors and frames, acoustical ceiling tile, roofing, etc. on the Lab side of the building. Renovation work includes repave and restripe portion of parking lot, replace exterior doors, roofing, fume hoods, acoustical tile ceiling, drinking fountains, eye wash, etc. on the Lab side of the building. The Bid Additive Alternate consists of replacing air conditioning system.
