Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspection services for the renovation of a 40,860 square feet two-story educational facility containing a mixture of classrooms, laboratories, study areas, storage rooms, administrative offices, and other ancillary support spaces. This renovation will be comprised of mechanical, electrical, & plumbing upgrades to bring the building into current building code requirements. Cosmetic and building envelope upgrades will also be included. The instructional programs aspect will not significantly change; however, there will be some alterations made to accommodate current or anticipated programmatic needs.
