Lining the inside of a number of sewer structures in Saratoga Springs. This will include the wet well for the Inlet Park Lift Station and the wet well for the Posey Lift Station using an approved cured-in-place (CIP) or fiberglass reinforced polyester panel (FRP) technology. This will also include lining between 5 and 25 manholes using an approved CIP technology. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Project construction dates are expected to be flexible. Anticipated construction completion date is no later than October 2, 2024. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the OWNER. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to clean all gravity pipe as directed by the Owner and as specified herein. Cleaning shall include the proper high pressure water jetting, robotic cutters/grinders, and flushing of pipes and structures. Cleaning shall dislodge, transport, and remove all sludge, protruding lateral pipes (if any), mud, sand, gravel, rocks, bricks, grease, roots, sticks, and all other debris from the interior of the pipe and access structures. B. The goals of the cleaning is to remove all debris, roots, deposits, and intruding taps (if any), and all other blockages. If the pipe's condition is such that cleaning may compromise the structural integrity and/or cause a potential collapse, then no attempt shall be made to clean the pipe without approval of the Owner/Engineer
