Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and religious / funeral development.
The highlights of the scope of work are as follows: Bid Schedule A - Construction of access road, connecting cemetery property to existing Wildlflower development. Bid Schedule B - Construction of cemetery and all related infrastructure, including roadway, pedestrian access, and utilities Bid Schedule C - (Alternative to be added at City's discretion) - Cemetery late phase work OWNER requires all bid schedules to be substantially completed by June 1, 2025. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the OWNER. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
