The Governing Board of the LVA Charter School specifically reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to accept the Bid which in its judgment is the best Bid for the School, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive technical or minor defects or irregularities in bidding. Any protest can be required to be accompanied by a bond equal to $250,000 or 25% or the value of the bid submitted by the person filing the notice of protest, The selected bidder will give LVA Charter School a Performance Bond and Construction labouur and Material Payment Bond in forms that are mutually acceptable under both USBE and State of Utah law.
