The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms interested in providing Natural Gas Supply for Lemay and Bissell Wastewater Treatment Plants. Bidders are encouraged to utilize MWBE suppliers and subcontractors for this project If you are the successful Bidder and you do utilize an MWBE firm, you will be required to report your MWBE involvement monthly. If you have questions regarding the District's MWBE Program, please contact Shonnah Paredes, Manager of Diversity Programs at sparedes@stlmsd.com The DISTRICT reserves the right to require the apparent successful bidder(s) to file proof of his/her ability to properly finance and execute the Contract, together with his/her record of successful completion of similar contracts prior. The award of Contract will be contingent upon providing acceptable proof and record of performance.
