Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Great Rivers Greenway is requesting electronic bids for Brickline Greenway: Mill Creek Valley: Compton to 22nd in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. This work consists of but not limited to removal of existing site elements, grading, flatwork, greenway trail, pavers, road resurfacing, planting areas, bike parking, site benches, signage, wayfinding, public art, lighting, and includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications. 06/13/2024 06:00 PM EDT Questions should be directed to Kuleya Bruce, Project Manager at kbruce@grgstl.org or via Online Bidder agrees to commence and complete the work of this contract in accordance with the Time requirements identified in Section 3 of the Contract (GRG Form 4). The schedule as follows: Notice of Award on or about July 11, 2024, Notice to Proceed on or about July 25, 2024 with substantial completion no later than September 30, 2025. (433 calendar days) GRG may delay notive of award up to August 15, 2024 with NTP on or about August 29, 2024
