Each proposal must be accompanied by a transmittal letter which briefly summarizes the proposing firm's interest in providing the required professional services. The mission of the Delaware State Division of Communications is to promote public safety through the installation, removal, repair, modification, and alignment of the State's communication systems and electronic equipment, in-shop, and at remote locations throughout the state. The State is seeking qualified vendor(s) to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair services for Division of Communications tower assets located throughout the state. Services are divided into two categories: o Tower Services o Fire Suppression System Services A mandatory pre-bid meeting has not been established for this Request for Proposal. The State of Delaware reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal, to waive defects, technicalities or any specifications (whether they be in the State of Delaware's specifications or vendor's response), to sit and act as sole judge of the merit and qualifications of each product offered, or to solicit new proposals on the same project or on a modified project which may include portions of the originally proposed project as the State of Delaware may deem necessary in the best interest of the State of Delaware.
