The City of St. Petersburg is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotes for new flooring to all (11) restrooms located in City Hall. This will involve the removal of the existing flooring and the installation of new flooring. The size and color of the tile will be provided along with the color of the grout. This work must be done outside regular business hours - Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) and choreographed in order to always leave one restroom open and functioning per floor. This project will involve the removal of all old tile and the installation of new tile in all restrooms' located in City Hall. The list is as follows: Basement- Men's and Women's restrooms 1st Floor- Men's , Women's and All Gender restrooms 2nd Floor- Men's, Women's and All Gender restrooms 3rd Floor- Men's, Women's and All Gender restrooms This project must take place before or after City Hall business hours - Mon-Fri (8am-5pm). This is a high profile building which is sensitive to disruptions and noise. During this process we are requesting one restroom be open and functioning at all times per floor. Unless otherwise specified in this solicitation, the solicitation response may be held by the City for a period of ninety (90) days after the submission deadline and will continue in full effect and not be subject to withdrawal during that period until an Agreement has been executed with a Vendor. If no Agreement has been executed within the ninety-day period, any solicitation response may be withdrawn or nullified by either the City or the Vendor, or be deemed to be confirmed and extended in time for as long as permitted by the Vendor submitting each solicitation response. Vendors must comply with all the terms of the solicitation, all applicable provisions of the City of St. Petersburg City Code, and all applicable federal and state laws. The City may reject any solicitation response that does not comply with all material and substantive terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the solicitation. The City may waive minor informalities that (i) do not affect responsiveness; (ii) are merely matter of form or format; (iii) do not change the relative standing or otherwise prejudice other vendors; (iv) do not change the meaning or scope of the solicitation; (v) are trivial, negligible or immaterial in nature; (v) do not effect a material change in the work; or (vi) do not constitute a substantial exclusion or modification of a requirement or provision in the solicitation.
