Due to the remote nature of this work, a site visit is mandatory for each Prospective Bidder in order to view the existing conditions. In order for all Prospective Bidders to have an equal chance to hear the questions/comments from other Prospective Bidders, only one site visit will be scheduled and shall be scheduled 14 calendar days before the bid package is due. Complete the entire work ready for use not later than 202 calendar days after the date of receipt of notice to proceed.
