Envirocare Consulting, Inc. was retained to conduct a lead inspection of the building located at 2348 University Avenue. Riverside, California 92507. The inspection was conducted on September 18, 2023, by Sam Lutchmiah a California Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor. The intent of this inspection was to ascertain the presence of lead-based paint above specified regulatory action levels. If lead-based paint were found the inspection would identify types of architectural components and their respective lead concentrationsin such a manner that thisreport could be used as a basisforsubsequent evaluations. The building inspection was conducted as per the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Housing License Requirements C-21 Question Deadline 06/12/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to abate and completely demolish and remove the structure located at 2348/2350 University Ave., Riverside 92507. Proposal Guaranty in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid must be uploaded prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid Security in the form of a Cashier's check or Certified check must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager, at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, CA 92522, prior to the hour and the date stated above. Bid prices shall be firm for 180 days from date of proposal opening to permit staff evaluation and City Council award. Upon award, prices quoted will be in effect for the term of the contract. The Purchasing Manager reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
