Contract #2 - Collection System Improvements including manhole lining and repairs, gravity sewer main cured-in-place lining and repairs, sewer wye testing and grouting, and other appurtenances for fully operational collection system improvements. Est. Value: $ 4,000,000.00 Est. Value Notes: Combined estimated value for both contracts Est. Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2025 Site Directions: Courthouse Square Site Address: 3 Court Square Cementitious Crystalline Waterproofing: Blend of Portland cement, fine treated silica sand and active proprietary chemicals. When mixed with water and applied as a cementitious coating, the active chemicals cause a catalytic reaction which generates a non-soluble crystalline formation of dendritic fibers within the pores and capillary tracts of concrete. This process causes suitably dense concrete to become permanently sealed against the penetration of liquids from any direction.
