Reference Number 0000354198 The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is requesting sealed qualification statements and proposals from qualified firms for On Call Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering & Related Services on an as needed-basis. The Town intends to utilize the Consultant when projects cannot be completed by Town of West Springfield staff or when the complexity of the project requires additional expertise.
