Any vendor who submits a bid without attending the scheduled pre-bid conference does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a bid and does not attend the scheduled pre-bid conference waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions. Awarded contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair damaged stucco ceiling and all other components of original structure that is damaged. Award will be based on lowest bid meeting specifications. Contractor is to repair damaged ceiling in parking garage as shown in pictures that follow. Repairs should be blended to match existing ceiling texture and color as closely as possible. The intent of this contract is to award to Contractor(s) who will be performing the scope of work with their own hired staff. Contractor must have minimum five (5) years of experience in masonry. If requested, Contractor is to provide a list of two (2) or more references of previous work of similar scope. If required to complete requested services, it is the Contractor’s sole responsibility to secure all needed permits to fully comply with any federal, state, or local requirements. Awarded contractor will be responsible for cleanup of debris and spills resulting from work while completing services in this Quote. Awarded contractor shall be responsible for replacing, at no cost to Tarrant County, any damages incurred during completion of services under this Agreement.
