The contractor will recommend to the City the following: a. manufacturer(s) of quality LED sign, b. experienced and professional installers of LED sign, c. optimal placement at location for LED sign, d. the appropriate size of each sign at each location, so messages on each sign are clear, readable, and safe to vehicle drivers at the posted speed limits. The posted speed limit is 40 MPH. e. how each sign will be installed or mounted. f. the specifications of each LED sign. 2. The contractor will furnish all equipment, fees, incidentals, labor - including experience, expertise, and knowledge - licenses, materials, permits, software, training, supplies, and warranties to complete this project, as negotiated. 3.
