Landscaping Services will primarily be for repair of disturbed areas within the City of Salem that usually occur during construction to an area. This work is on an as needed basis. Award will be made in the best interest of the city of salem, the city reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to purchase any part of, or the whole of, the items and/or services listed in this invitation to bid. This contract will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement on costs if an increase is necessary at the end of each year.
