As of July 15, 2024 this project was awarded to Bevis Construction Inc. with the awarded amount of $265,211,19 (base Bid and Alternate) The Project consists of the following: construction of a 161 SQ YD 8" concrete entrance on Ambassador Road, 1100 SQ YD asphalt drive and parking area, and 310 SQ YD gravel bus parking area. and 310 SQ YD gravel bus parking area. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Also, the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
