Project includes public roadway pavement crack seal; work zone traffic control; and final cleanup required to complete construction. Project locations include portions of STH 73, Brookside Lane, Charles Street, Mill Street, N. Birdsey Street, W. Church Street, E. School Street, and Fairway Drive within the City of Columbus. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all Plan Holders of Record. Questions received from Bidders that do not, in Engineer's opinion, allow sufficient time to respond prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The Project Manager for this Project is Heidi F. Contractor shall perform and substantially complete all required Work on or before September 24, 2024. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Furnish to the City a Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to their Bid as security for the faithful performance of all of Contractor's obligations. This bond shall remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations. 3. Contractor shall provide to City written proof of the following insurance coverages: a. Commercial General Liability of $2,000,000 combined single limit, annual aggregated for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage; and with a minimum of $1,000,000. b. Automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. c. Worker compensation limits as required by the State of Wisconsin. d. Employer's liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident.
