As of july 16,2024 the project was awarded to Struck & Irwin Paving, Inc. in the amount of $25,783.31. To determine Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) days of Owner's request, Bidder shall submit written evidence establishing its qualifications. Project includes, but shall not be limited to, approximately 6,964 square yards of preparation, slurry sealing, work zone traffic control; and final cleanup required to complete construction. Project location includes portions of Williams Street, Dawn Court, Badger Court, and Cardinal Drive located within the City of Columbus. The Project Manager for this Project is Heidi F. Contractor shall perform and substantially complete all required Work on or before September 24, 2024. The City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Contractor shall, prior to the commencement of Work: 1. Execute Agreement. 2. Furnish to the City a Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to their Bid as security for the faithful performance of all of Contractor's obligations. This bond shall remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due except as provided otherwise by Laws or Regulations. 3. Contractor shall provide to City written proof of the following insurance coverages: a. Commercial General Liability of $2,000,000 combined single limit, annual aggregated for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage; and with a minimum of $1,000,000. b. Automobile liability of $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. c. Worker compensation limits as required by the State of Wisconsin. d. Employer's liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident.
