Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA) CDBG Grant Administration Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Provision of grant administration technical assistance services appropriate to the implementation of an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation program through the Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA). The project consists of the following: Owner-occupied rehabilitation for homes within City limits of Bedford. Payment of fees for services are provided under a contract awarded based on the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the grant by the Office of Community & Rural Affairs (OCRA). Proposals should include the full range of services necessary to assure the correct, complete, and timely administration of the CDBG grant in compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. Such services will include program and project level environmental assessments; development of forms and materials and the provision of staff services appropriate to implementation of the housing rehabilitation grant program; establishment of financial controls and records management systems; monitoring and reporting; and project modification and close-out activities. A ten-percent (10%) minority/women business enterprise goal has been established for this project.
