Project Description In general, work includes recoat of interior digester roof and coating repairs to interior sludge holding tank lid. PREVAILING WAGE RATES This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. The rates in effect shall be as in BOLI publication effective April 5, 2024. Statements made by the City's representatives at the pre-bid conference are not binding upon the City unless confirmed by written addendum issued under Section II(7.0) of this ITB.
