Services will include complete processing and removal of woody, vegetative debris at various stockpile sites throughout the County. Bids properly submitted and received will be opened immediately following the time bids are due, and a list of the names of Bidders and prices bid will be promptly sent to all such bidders. To be considered, bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with all the following instructions: Bids must be submitted as an attachment to an email, submitted to the email address(es) stated in the Bid Information section of the Bid Booklet, The subject line of the email must clearly identify the submission as a response to this specific ITB, Unless otherwise stated in the Bid Requirements, Bid documents should be submitted in PDF format only, and Bids must not include .zip files, and cannot be more than 30 megabytes in size. This contract is not for a public improvement and prevailing wage rates are not required. No bid security is required. Lane County may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public Bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding of Lane County that it is in the public interest to do so.
