The City of Moss Point, Mississippi (the "City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Professional Engineering Services for projects related to the City of Moss Point Emergency Drainage Rehabilitation Project (the Emergency Project - Grant # R-006-268-01-ZMP); City of Moss Point Master Drainage Study (Grant # R-006-268-02-ZMP); and the City of Moss Point Stormwater Mitigation Project (Grant # R-006-268-03-ZMP) (all, collectively, the "Protection and Restoration Program"), all to be funded under HUD's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. This project is funded through current allocations from the Mississippi Development Authority. All services will be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal program rules and regulations under the Hurricane Zeta and Hurricane Ida CDBG-DR program. ENGINEERING SERVICES: Engineering services for the Protection and Restoration Program and the construction or repair of the proposed improvements includes: development of a Stormwater Drainage Master Plan; development of all plans, specifications, contract documents, general conditions, permitting, bid and award-phase oversight, construction administration, project closeout, and any other applicable services or documents that may be necessary for public bid and construction-phase oversight of the necessary construction contracts for the Protection and Restoration Program.
