**As of July 24th, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Written Inquiries Due: June 18,2024,12:00 Noon The work will be bid as follows Limited removal of existing stormwater facilities and constructing new drainage pipes inlets and other improvements at the following locations: 7- VARIOUS LOCATIONS Poca Circle, Holley Street, Richard Drive (1&2), Pine Drive, Muggins Avenue and Corey Drive The Work Will Be Bid as Follows: Limited Removal of Existing Stormwater Facilities and Constructing New Drainage Pipes Inlets and Other Improvements A Satisfactory Bid Bond Furnished by a Solvent Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of West Virginia, in the Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid, Payable to the Town of Poca, Poca, West Virginia, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond Each Equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Each Bidder's Contractor License Number and Bidder's Registration Certificate Number Shall Be Written in the Space Provided on the Form of Proposal. the Owner, Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids.
