Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Owner will receive bids for furnish and install a 60,000gpd package WWTP and fabric filter unit, furnish and install one 7.5Hp and one 10 Hp duplex grinder pump station with appurtenances and electrical service, 19,735 linear feet of 1- 1/2", 2", 2-1/2" and3" sewer force mains with air relief valves, three highway bores with 6" casing and cut and replace street, driveway and parking lot paving. Bid includes alternate bid for directional bore and installation of 4,800 LF of HDPE pipe of1-1/2", 2" and 2-1/2" diameter for paved areas. A performance and payment bond written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in Arkansas, in the amount of the contract, will be required on all contracts in excess of $20,000. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check only (relative to other types of checks), drawn on a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas, or a corporate bid bond in favor of the Mountain Top Suburban Improvement District No. 66 and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount is required on bids exceeding $20,000 and must be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the Owner accept the bid that is in the Owner's best interest.
