Renovation of a municipal facility in Ithaca, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Gratiot County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to retro fit LED lights for lighting at the Gratiot County Courthouse. Purpose: The purpose of this project is to upgrade our existing light fixtures and retro fit them to be able to accept an LED bulb. This will address fixtures in the District Court area and the connector building of the Gratiot County Courthouse. Key Requirements: Must quote as a per unit cost for each light. We will be utilizing the current fixture and be able to determine how many lights we will upgrade based on the unit price. We have two styles of light fixtures: 4' fluorescent and can lights. Some of these have a security light system installed that would include a separate quote as well. District Court ceilings are 11' and remaining areas are 8' or less. Include additional fee if needed for meeting these requirements. The contractor must also secure and include the cost of an electrical permit through the State of Michigan. All contractors are required to submit proof of license and insurance with their proposal.
