All glass below header is to be 1" SchoolGuard SG4-IGU. All glass above header is to be 1" tempered. Glass on opening 101 is to be low E type glass. All other glass to be clear. Pre-bid Meeting: None Questions and Requests for Site Visits Should Be Directed to the Project Manager. A bid bond, issued by lawfully authorized agent, in the amount of ten percent (10%) for all work in excess of $50,000.00 of the base bid Contract amount shall accompany each bid, unless noted otherwise below. Before entering upon the performance of any such work included in said Contract, the Contractor shall, at his own expense, provide a performance bond, issued by a surety company licensed in the State of Colorado and listed on the U.S. Treasury bond list, in an amount no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price, for all work in excess of $50,000.00. The District reserves the right to reject any bid from any Contractor deemed unqualified by the District.
