Site work for a civil project in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is generally described as: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for upgrades to the Shelton Pointe Wastewater Pump Station - WWPS, including but not limited to, demolition of the existing sewage grinder, installation of a new sewage grinder, impeller replacement for three (3) existing sewage pumps, installation of one (1) new County provided sewage pump, miscellaneous force main piping modifications, bypass pumping, installation of three (3) new variable frequency drives, electrical generator replacement, replacement and upgrade of an electrical transformer, concrete repairs and other appurtenances in Hanover County, VA. All work shall be as described in the Project Manual and shown on the Contract Drawings. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents, even those presented during both meetings shall be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER, Dewberry Engineers Inc., Ryan Bogese, P.E., rbogese@dewberry.com (804) 767-4706. In order to receive consideration, all questions should be received by the ENGINEER prior to 12:00 P.M., JULY 1, 2024.
