There will be two separate contracts with and without zero entry and associated spray amenities. Any technical questions regarding the bid documents are to be directed to LSSE. The project is being financed, in part, by the RAAC via a GEDTF Grant, and by CFA via a GTRP Grant. Bidder must agree to comply with all requirements associated with the grants.
