Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes work at (4) schools- Boonville High School, Newburgh Elementary School, Castle South Middle School and Castle High School. Project: Warrick County School Corporation 2024 HVAC Replacements Project. Project Description: The 2024 HVAC Replacements Project includes work at (4) schools- Boonville High School, Newburgh Elementary School, Castle South Middle School and Castle High School. Boonville High School- Replace (2) existing chillers and (4) existing chilled and hot water pumps with (2) new chillers and (4) new chilled and hot water pumps. Newburgh Elementary School- Replace (2) existing HVAC RTU's servicing the Gym with (2) new HVAC RTU's. Castle South Middle School- Replace (3) hot water boilers and (2) hot water pumps with (3) new hot water boilers and (2) new hot water pumps. Castle High School- Replace (2) existing chilled water pumps in the second floor Mechanical Room with (2) new chilled water pumps in the same location. Replace (1) existing roof mounted chiller with (1) new roof mounted chiller in the same location. Replace (1) existing indoor air handling unit and (1) existing roof mounted condensing unit servicing the Choir Rooms with (1) new indoor air handling unit and (1) new roof mounted condensing unit in the same locations. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a certified check or Bid Bond of a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount made payable to the Warrick County School Corporation. A Bid Bond shall be executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Indiana. The certified check or bidder's bond shall be a guarantee that the said bidder will, if the contract is awarded to him/her, execute within ten (10) days from the acceptance of his/her proposal a contract for the work bid upon, and furnish acceptable surety bonds as set forth in the specifications. However, if the contractor has not executed the contract within the ten (10) day period, or has failed to furnish acceptable surety bonds as indicated, the Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the next most responsive and responsible bidder, and the security will be forfeited. Bids shall be properly and completely submitted on the latest version of Contractor's Bid for Public Bidding Form No. 96, as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts for the State of Indiana, in addition to the Bid Form included in the Project Manual A Financial Statement is a required attachment to Form 96. All bidders must submit E-Verify Affidavit pursuant to I.C. 22-5-1.7. All bidders must submit copies of drug testing and background checks programs in compliance with Warrick County School Corporation's Specifications And Conditions For Required Drug Testing and Background Checks Policy. A. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed under the contract. All bidders must comply with Indiana Code amendment House Enrolled Act No. 1019. All bidders must conform to the anti-discrimination provisions of the Indiana law. B. All bidders must be qualified to do work in the State of Indiana pursuant to I.C. 4-13.6-4 and must show compliance. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers
