Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. The extent of demolition work shall be in general, but not limited to 1. Removal of existing power, cable disconnect and conduit to all removed equipment noted in the work area. Remove all conduits, feeder and branch circuit conductors in their entirety. 2. Plug all holes left in electrical equipment and mark breakers as spare. B. Demolition includes removal and disposal of demolished materials not specifically noted to remain or to be stored. Cost Range: $2,225,000 to $2,700,000 This project is to renovation the 500 section of building 103. The renovation is to accommodate the HVAC program that includes commercial refrigeration, a sheet metal lab, a heat pump and air conditioner lab, a furnace lab and electrical wiring lab as well as offices and storage rooms. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
