The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Cleveland Street Road Diet project The scope of work will consist of the installation of landscaped bulb outs and median islands, a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) system, and pavement markings. Cleveland Street is owned and maintained by the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCD0T),and all work will be performed in accordance with the provisions of an approved SCDOT encroachment permit.
