As of August 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The proposed project will focus on in-stream fish habitat restoration in the Pahsimeroi River near May, Idaho. Project construction will include floodplain excavation, side channel construction, installation of large woody debris structures of various types, bank roughening structures, riffle construction, bank scallops, racking placement, willow baffle installation, and riparian bench construction. The general intent of the work is to increase habitat diversity and complexity for salmonids, construct islands, riparian benches, and riffles, and install a variety of large wood and willow habitat structures along the Pahsimeroi River. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder prior to the award of a contract if the bid amount is greater than $50,000. If a bidder does not currently have a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho, they must verify the capability of obtaining a license prior to submitting a proposal. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid if total project value is greater than $50,000.
