This schedule of work will include full depth pavement removal, 3"" of cold asphalt milling, placement of aggregate base, placement of asphalt base and surface mixtures, removal of 36"" CMP, installation of 36"" RCP, temporary and permanent pavement markings, pavement grooving, guidance sign replacement, concrete PAPI foundation replacement, seeding and mulching. Performance & Payment Bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish separate performance and payment bonds each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
